There has been a growing demand for security services all over the world. This is probably attributed to the rising numbers of criminal activities. The rise in population growth without proper planning is also an indicator of insecurity. A large unemployed population is likely to resort to criminal activities and civil wrongs for them survive in an otherwise competitive world. As means of reducing or curbing the increasing cases of insecurity, there is need to increase the number of Security services. There should be good measures in research and general protection of the individuals and the public at large for peace and harmony to prevail. Apparently, this exercise cannot be achieved by leaving it to the armed forces alone. There should be concerted efforts between the government’s armed forces and the private security services firm.
